Payment & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, delays and failure to attend:

  • Should you need to cancel a session for any reason, please inform me via Whatsapp or text message on the number that will be provided to you on confirmation of our sessions.
  • If for any reason you are late for a therapy session, I will see you for the duration of the remainder of your 50 minute session. This is so that my next client is able to be seen on time for their full 50 minute session. The full cost of the session will still apply.
  • If I am late or unable to make our session, I will try to make contact via text, Whatsapp or by calling you with as much notice as possible. If I am unable to provide you with a session at short notice, I will either refund your session fee or will reallocate that fee to the next session.
  • If you fail to attend a therapy session without notice, no refund of your session fee will take place. If you fail to attend multiple or consecutive sessions you may be discharged from the service.
  • I will always try to contact you via text, Whatsapp or phone should you not arrive at our sessions without notice - this is a welfare check so please do reply as soon as you can.

Cancellation refund policy:

  • A full refund of the session fee, or a reallocation of your fee to another session will be given when a cancellation/rescheduling request is received more than 7 days in advance of the session.
  • A 50% refund or 50% reallocation of the session fee will be given when a cancellation/rescheduling request is received between 7 and 2 days before the session.
  • No refund of the session fee will be given when a cancellation/rescheduling request is received under 48 hours before the session.
  • In rare cases, such as emergencies, I may be able to waiver these cancellation fees. This is on a case by case basis.

Payment terms:

  • Payments are to be made at least 48 hours before your session.
  • A payment link will be sent to you via email, Whatsapp or text message.
  • Online payments are preferred, if you wish to pay via cash, please speak to me about this before your first session.
  • Failure to make payment for a session or a cancellation fee may result in your therapy being terminated.
  • Discounts are available for bulk session payments. Please let me know if you wish to commit to multiple sessions.
